Experience Trail South - Easy.Hiking.World.
The barrier-free hiking trail leads along the Niers past pollard willows and through the expanses of the Lower Rhine cultural landscape.
The 3.2 km long and about 1.5 m wide level experience trail initially extends directly between the Niers riverbank and wet grassland through the cultural landscape. Later, the path continues through an arbour-like gallery forest strip along fields, meadows and field woods back to the parking lot. Ten information boards explain typical cultural landscape elements of the Lower Rhine along the route. Via a mobile connection, whose number is also available in Braille on the boards, the texts can also be read aloud. Numerous benches along the route invite you to rest and enjoy the picturesque landscape.
