Roadbook
Start at the Brunn parking lot Haus Eisenstein.
On the forest road (marked red) past Haus Eisenstein, from here a narrow forest path to the turnoff Größenberg (yellow). On the right side of the path, slightly ascending.
After reaching a small clearing, downhill over slightly rocky terrain and at the lowest point turn left onto a path (Route 5 circular hiking trail Winzendorf small yellow signs) downhill until we reach the
path from Brunn towards Engelsberg (marked blue) steeply uphill to a path that sharply turns left and on this to the Engelsberg quarry.
View into the Steinfeld, sculptures.
At the end of the plateau a narrow path uphill in a right curve to the highest point above the quarry. After a short stretch straight ahead, a path turns left. Past a dilapidated
hunting stand the path soon widens and leads us to the 2 Valleys View (Neue Welt and Steinfeld). Here a steeper forest road turns right towards Muthmannsdorf. On this to the turnoff Größenberg.
On the right side of the path slightly downhill until the path to Größenberg ascends again a bit steeper. First the highest point with a view of Hohe Wand and Schneeberg. Then downhill to the rock with cross and summit book.
From now on the path goes downhill to Bad Fischau. Marked green. This splits into the variant straight through the Wolfsschlucht or slightly left on the normal path. From the former Kürassier the yellow marked forest road is then used back to the Brunn parking lot.
