The Kneipp pool is wonderfully refreshing and we have lots of fun on the barefoot path. On the circular trail, we learn lots of interesting facts about plants and animals on information boards. The forest school class provides plenty of seating and a blackboard. This makes the Ehlscheid discovery trail ideal for kindergarten and school excursions.
Fancy more adventure? The two GPS puzzle tours "Copper" and "Gold" start and finish in Hümmerich at the Landhotel Fernblick, covering almost 5 km through woods and meadows and taking around 2.5 hours. Each tour consists of 10 exciting and tricky puzzles. At the end you will find a treasure chest and have to crack a numerical code.
The game requires waypoint maps and GPS devices, which can also be borrowed from the hotel (please reserve in advance, free of charge, ID must be provided).
