The cozy, modernly furnished holiday apartment offers about 90 m² of space for up to 2 people. It features a living room with an XXL sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a small furnished terrace in front of the large glass front of the living room. Bicycle storage space is available. The non-smoking apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.

Ehlscheid is located in the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park (365 m above sea level), 9 km from the highway and has about 1,300 inhabitants. Extensive high forests create a mild irritant climate, providing a pleasant feeling even at high temperatures. The so-called "Wäller Touren", the Klosterweg or Iserbach loop, Butter Trail, or Dwarf Paths are just as popular as the mineralized outdoor swimming pool in the neighboring town of Rengsdorf. The transport connections to the Rhine Valley (B256) are quick and easy to reach.
