.
From here, take trail 101, also called Sentiero Antonioli, which plunges into the Valle del Singol.
After a few minutes, you pass by (on the left) a picturesque waterfall and a few hairpin bends. Ignore the signs for the Cima Mughera trail for experts, and continue straight until you reach a calchera, an ancient furnace used for making lime (signs and information). There is also a table and benches, ideal for resting a bit and admiring a beautiful view of the lake in the distance.
Still climbing steeply on the dirt road, a little further on, you reach a crossroads of trails located 2.5 km from the La Milanesa area. Take trail 101 Cima Mughera Sentiero Normale on the right (still 1h20 of walking) and start climbing a small path immersed in the woods until you approach the highest part of the mountain.
Every now and then, you get a good view of the peaks around the Val del Singol - Monte Carone, the wildest part of this walk, but it is nothing like the views further on.
One last uphill climb with a series of hairpin bends, and you reach a crossroads of trails that indicate Cima Mughera 5 minutes.
Turn right and reach Cima Mughera at an altitude of 1161 metres.
You can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view overlooking most of Lake Garda from here! Don't forget your camera!
Return to the previous crossroads and follow the signs for Passo Guil, still on trail 101.
After a few minutes, the trail joins a dirt road , and you walk on level ground to the pass (trail crossroads).
Keep heading straight, following the signs for Baita Segala. Pass by a rocky wall , and you will reach the lodge.
You will find outdoor tables and benches here, ideal for a picnic lunch with a panoramic view and an indoor area that is a shelter in the event of bad weather.
The descent toward Limone sul Garda begins from Baita Segala.
Take the trail that winds immediately behind the lodge (marked), descending first with a steep zig-zag and then down into the woods on trail 104.
Pass signs for Malga Vallacco and descend along trail 117 until you meet the fork you took on the way up, which leads to Cima Mughera,
From here, continue on trail 101 and arrive at La Milanesa.
Then take Passeggiata San Giovanni and return to Limone sul Garda.
