Roadbook
The beautiful Nordic Walking-certified Braunberg Trail starts at the football pitch of the hiking community of Lasberg and steadily climbs after leaving the village towards St. Oswald and reaching the Harrau pond on the north side of the Braunberg uphill to Oberreitern. It becomes steeper there until reaching the ÖAV Braunberg hut. Not far away is the summit cross at the east summit, inaugurated in 2006. After the summit ascent, the south side of the Braunberg is now used for the descent. Several farms and finally a riding center lie along the walking trail; the last 500m back to Lasberg are the same as the beginning.
