Böttinger Sternenbergrunde

From the hiking parking lot, follow the path towards the two wind turbines. At the hut of the Fruit+Garden Association at the bottom, turn left onto the paved path into Maientäle. At the bottom, the path leads into Böttental. Continue on the path on the right-hand side. At km 3, turn right onto Böttinger Straße and after 25m turn left to walk up the hill. We hike until km 4.1 to turn left. After another 200m, turn left again. We continue hiking keeping to the right until km 5.1. There, cross the street and walk down a grassy path to continue on the right-hand side after another 500m. We walk straight ahead until km 6.5. Then sharply turn right to go up the hill. At the top of the hill (after 200m), continue left. Cross the road L230 and hike uphill. At km 7.4, turn left and walk up to the Sternenbergturm. From the tower, we continue on the yellow-marked trails. At km 8.1, turn left into Böttingen. We enter Hardtstraße (km 8.5) and continue on the right-hand side. The path goes straight on in a long right curve until km 10.2. There, sharply turn left and cross the Kohlwald. At the top, pass the old barracks and continue along the yellow-marked trail signs to Auingen. Continue straight over the bridge in Auingen until km 13.3. Go through an underpass of L230 there. After the underpass, continue hiking on the right to go up the hill. At the top of the ridge, continue left uphill. At km 13.8, continue left along the Wiesenried back to the hiking parking lot Reiselhau.
