Past the rushing Frillenseebach on a natural path to the mountain forest adventure trail. What is quite normal for children, we adults have to learn again first - to explore the world with all our senses. At 3.5 km and at 19 adventure and information stations we have the opportunity. At the Frillensee, the coldest lake in Germany, let your feet dangle from the jetty. The mountain forest adventure trail not only offers variety, but is also extremely instructive. And it's not just the children who have their eyes opened to nature! After circling the lake, we follow the same path back to the starting point. Special feature: Big and small explorers can compete with the animal forest dwellers in the long jump in the jumping pit. Refreshment stop: Forsthaus Adlgaß Tip: Take your time and linger at the rest area or in the refuge directly at the Frillensee. Without noise pollution, only exposed to the silence of nature.
