You go north to the right to the Peasants' War House (start of the Peasants' Revolt from 23.04.1525 until its suppression near Pfeddersheim on 24.04.1525) and to the church with the Four Gods Stone (Minerva, Juno, Jupiter, Hercules) on the left. Visits to the church and Peasants' War House by arrangement.
Continue in the same direction to the intersection at the oil pump. (about 30 oil pumps have been operating in the Nußdorf district since 1957)
The green (shorter) path now goes left along the cemetery, at the upcoming crossing briefly right and then immediately left in the same direction.
After about 800 m, cross the L512 Nußdorf Böchingen and continue 500 m along the three stones to the first path junction on the left, then uphill to the district road Nußdorf-Frankweiler.
The red (longer) path continues from the oil pump northward into the vineyards, after 150 m right and the next left, at a splendid viewpoint with views of the Odenwald, Kraichgau and the Black Forest, again left. At the second junction, continue left and straight east toward Frankweiler. You cross the L 512 and turn left on the grass paths after about 500 m, 150 m uphill to the paved crossing, then left for about 300 m and then right south over the district road Nußdorf–Frankweiler. Here the green/red paths join again downhill to the crosswise paved path, then about 300 m to the right and at the solitary walnut tree down the gravel path to the Godramstein pergola.
This is a good place for a break with a wonderful view. Enduring hikers also have the option to include the circular routes around Godramstein and the Queich Valley, the Reiterwiesen. (Both circular routes together with the Nußdorf circular route are about 14 km)
From the pergola left towards Nußdorf and at the second junction right to the district road Godramstein-Nußdorf. After crossing, walk about 100 m through the vineyard to the crosswise paved path, follow it left, at the next opportunity follow the green path left and the red path right.
Follow the green path left further to the entrance to the wine experience trail, continue to the paved path Nußdorf-Landau (Schützenhof). Here continue left towards Nußdorf.
Follow the red path right south, at the second junction left, to the wine experience trail at the Wine Queen's vineyard. Left up past the Nußdorf pergola (snack and rest possibility), playground, to the beginning of the wine experience trail, here right, meeting the green path again.
At the next paved cross path left towards Nußdorf. At the edge of the village right, left past the company Kuhn Agricultural Machinery to Lindenbergstrasse. On the other side, we find the explanations about the Middle Ages, the witch times.
Continue left through the back alley to the village square, past the fire brigade, along Kirchstrasse, the walnut fountain, the old school to the starting point.
Finally, enjoy a Palatinate snack with a hearty wine tasting at a winery of your choice. Prior arrangement is necessary.
