Demanding e-MTB route in the mountains of the Ursern valley. But all the more beautiful in terms of scenery and panorama. Quite a sporty achievement this dream route

From Andermatt station follow Switzerland Mobility Route #410 Witenwassern to Zum Dörfli, then turn left onto the agricultural road to Realp. Ride with a good rhythm on the Furka Pass road and watch the e-power consumption. You still have to pedal hard yourself and save power for the “mountains.” From Tiefenbach, then right to Tätsch. From here, power is needed. The good hiking trail is quite rideable but climbs. Soon the Albert Heim hut is in sight. Enjoy coffee and cake and the impressive mountain world, then start the return journey to Tätsch and via the fantastic Realper Forest and Realp back on further single trail to Andermatt. It is demanding also for e-MTB but an awesome route. Let no one say e-mountain bikers do nothing...

    Author’s recommendation

From mid-August, instead of Realper Forest, ride the newly expanded Urschner Höhenweg and return via single trail through Hospental to Andermatt
