- Every cross-country skier must behave in such a way that he does not endanger or harm others.
- Marking and signals (signposts) must be observed. On trails and slopes, skiing must be done in the indicated direction and technique.
- On double and multiple tracks, skiing must be done on the right track. Groups of skiers must ski one behind the other on the right track. In free technique, skiing is on the right side of the slope.
Overtaking and being overtaken is permitted on the right or left. The leading skier does not have to give way but should do so if it can be done safely.
- When meeting, everyone must give way from the right. The skier going downhill has right of way.
- When overtaking and meeting, poles must be held close to the body.
- Every skier must adjust speed and behavior, especially on downhill sections, to his ability, terrain conditions, traffic density, and visibility. A sufficient safety distance to the skier in front must be maintained. If necessary, the skier must fall to prevent a collision.
- Those who stop must leave the trail or slope. A fallen skier must clear the trail or slope as quickly as possible.
- Everyone is obliged to assist in case of accidents.
- Everyone, whether witness or involved party, responsible or not, must provide their personal details in case of an accident.
Roadbook
Start is at the trail start in Techendorf. Continue westward to the junction at Hotel Harrida. Turn left uphill to the loops
on the shaded meadows and then downhill again to Hotel Harrida. Afterwards, the difficult climb next to the Seewiesen lift must be managed. After a descent, the climb to Mittagsgraben follows and finally downhill to the finish at the trail center.
