Waldhäuser-Loipe

From Gutenbrunn, the route climbs past Hanslteich to Zwettlstein, then descends to Stifterteich; this is followed by a romantic, longer descent to the scenic loop at Lupinendamm. This is followed by a short climb, then a descent to the Mertlteichwiese. A longer climb leads to the meadow near Heinreichs and the highland plateau near the Waldhäuser. The route continues through mostly flat forest sections to Höllberg. A descent follows, past the Einsiedler Höhle to Edlesberger See. This is followed by another climb to the Sonnenplatzl before the Edlesberger Höhe; from there, the route descends using a double-deck push down to Gutenbrunn.
