The route start is at the marketplace in Wartenberg. We head north into Untere Hauptstraße, follow Moosburger Str. to the roundabout, and from here can take the bike path to Langenpreising, where in front of the church we find the sculpture: Accompaniment. We return on Prisostr. and turn left after about 100 m into Plattachmühlstr. At ST 2082, we turn right, cross the canal, and immediately turn left heading to Weipersdorf. With a moderate ascent we ride up to Weipersdorf, then keep right after the town, and again moderately uphill past the forest reach the district border at Laufenau. From here we roll gently downhill to Vatersdorf, where we turn right at the intersection towards Arndorf. On continuous ups and downs we ride to Arndorf, there we turn left towards Schröding. Just after the church, on the right side, we discover the next sculpture: Baroque-Transparent. Continuing on St 2330 to Niederstraubing. Shortly after the town we turn right towards Hienraching and after the hill turn left towards Steinkirchen. At the fork in Steinkirchen, we turn right and after about 200 m on the right roadside find the next sculpture. Try to look over the church tower... (The Philosopher). We turn back and return on ED 28 heading towards Hofstarring. In the middle between Steinkirchen and Hofstarring, at the bike path near a small group of trees, we discover the next two sculptures with the same title (The Practitioner and The Queen). After a gentle climb to Hofstarring, we turn left towards Hohenpolding. Shortly before Hohenpolding, we reach ED 31, turn right here, and let the bikes roll into the town. In town, we keep left and shortly before the church again climb the hill. In front of the multipurpose hall on the left side of the street, we see the next sculpture: In the Middle. We stay on this road and let the bikes roll down to Harting. We reach ED 29, turn left here, ride to Bach and turn right there to ride up to Klein- and Großschaffhausen. Here we keep left and ride south down to B 388, cross it, and after the Vils bridge turn right. We follow the bike path to Dr.-Winklmann-Weg. Via the new footpath to the parking lot, we reach the next sculpture: Beer Flower Dance on its south side. From Rathausplatz, it goes over B 15 (pedestrian light) and westwards into Attinger Weg. From here, we follow district tour 2a via Eldering, Großwimpasing to Inning am Holz. At the town’s end, at the fork to Maria Thalheim, we see on the right the next sculpture: Horn Chimney. We continue on tour 2a to Maria Thalheim and from here on tour 2 via Kleinthalheim, Bachham to Fraunberg. Shortly after entering the town, we turn right into Fischerstr., left into Flurstr., and then immediately right into Schulstr. Here is the next sculpture: Path of Development. We ride back on Schulstr., turn right into Flurstr., and keep left on Strogenstr. We are now back on tour 2, which we follow via Helling, Grafing, Grucking to Eichenkofen. For tour starters from Erding, this would be the ideal starting point. In Eichenkofen, we ride right past the church heading north and reach Berglern on the new bike path. We continue on Erdinger Str. up to the church. On the east side of the parking lot, we find the next sculpture: Warning Hand. We ride back on Erdinger Str. about 500 m and turn left into Ridinger Str. We stay on the paved road to ED 2, turn right there onto the bike path to Wartenberg. After the nursery, we find at the skate park the next and last sculpture: The Cyclist Pauses. From here it is only a few meters on Pesenlerner Str. until we reach Thenner Str. There we turn right and return via the Strogen bridge and intersection to the marketplace of Wartenberg.
