How about combining a bike ride with the iconic hill Sitno
The Počúvadlo - Sitno route will test your fitness with a steep climb at the end. But the reward for your effort will be the magic of Sitno (1,009.2 m above sea level), the highest peak of the Štiavnické vrchy mountains. Sitno is surrounded by many legends and tales. In modern history, it was made famous by the Slovak preacher Andrej Kmeť through national ascents with sermons on its summit. The summit of Sitno and its cliffs offer a panoramic view of the surrounding forests, meadows, and pastures, the nearby Kremnické vrchy, Vtáčnik, Tribeč, Inovec, Zobor, as well as Chopok, Vepor, Poľana, and Stolica. In good visibility, the Low Tatras and the Hungarian Mátra can also be seen. The lookout tower with a small museum exhibition and buffet operates from May to September.
