Bike Orsières-ChampexPhoto: Au Club Alpin
This route starts in Orsières, the main village of the commune of the same name. It heads towards Champex-Lac to finish in front of the chairlift.
This beautiful, very regular climb with its 6 hairpin bends allows you to gain height to better admire the Val Ferret, the Val d'Entremont and the Combins massif before reaching the charming lakeside resort of Champex-Lac.
Author’s recommendation
Champex-Lac can also be reached by bike from the west by climbing from Bovernier. A longer, harder and more irregular climb than from the Orsières side!
