A bicycle route that from Cuorgnè winds along the Orco River, crossing rural landscapes and villages rich in history. You pedal towards Valperga, dominated by the castle of the Counts Valperga-Caluso, at the foot of the Sacred Mountain of Belmonte. A detour leads to Cascina Primavera, where the Berta family has preserved dairy knowledge for three generations. After Salassa and Rivarolo, you reach the Sanctuary of Ozegna, linked to an ancient legend of popular faith. The journey continues to the noble village of Agliè, with its ducal castle open to visitors on weekends. In Castellamonte, you can breathe in the centuries-old tradition of ceramics. Before returning, a tasty break at the Mulino di Piova: Chiara welcomes travelers with her famous meliga pastries. A route that combines easy pedaling with authentic encounters, between culture, nature, and flavors of Canavese.
