Kraichgau-Stromberg: Kraichgau View Route

The start of the route is at Eppingen train station. At the roundabout, take "Theodor Storm Straße," then continue on "Waldstraße," past the stadium, out of Eppingen into the forest on "Hornbuckelweg" uphill to "Schillerplatz."
At the four-way junction at the top, turn right onto "Richtweg." At the T-junction turn left, then the next right, cross L1110 and go straight past the hiking parking lot, following the forest path at the top.
At the four-way junction (km 8.5) take a half-left onto "Plattenweg." Follow the paved path along the forest edge downhill. At the four-way junction, continue straight now on gravel to the T-junction above the vineyard.
There turn left and follow along the vineyard downhill to Zaberfeld. Past the farm to the county road and take it right into the town.
At the stream, turn right and follow the farm path along the stream.
Cross the main road and follow the bike path to Leonbronn.
There turn left, steeply uphill on "Ernst-Neubauer-Straße." At the top, follow the road to the right and at the hiking parking lot turn left onto the farm path. At the next fork, turn right onto the gravel path, then at the T-junction turn left and go straight into the forest.
In the forest, take the first right on the forest path to Sternenfels.
On the main road turn left into the town and in the town center follow the bend to the right.
At the next fork, half-left and then the next left onto "Schlattweg." Over the saddle and past the vineyard straight downhill into the forest. Follow the hiking trail past the ponds (attention: short section with poor surface).
At the four-way junction by “Kraichsee” half-left, along the lake and uphill. At the five-way junction turn right, continue uphill, then half-left, past the barbecue hut and to the viewpoint "Derdinger Horn."
Turn right and about 400 m downhill along the forest edge, then right onto the farm path and through the vineyard. At the T-junction left and straight into Oberderdingen.
At the main road turn right, then left toward Flehingen, at the bend take half-left onto "Rote Tor Straße," then right onto "Haustraße" and at its end follow the main road left (bike path begins 300 m further) to Flehingen.
At the roundabout after the gas station, take the bike path half-left uphill to the Flehingen train stop. Through the underpass, then right downhill to the main road. First straight, then left into the town center. Turn left to the castle and then right into "Sam.-Fr. Sauter-Straße," follow it straight past the school.
Turn right into "Bahnbrücker-Straße," then the next left ("Fr.-v.-Sickingen-Straße") and follow the connecting road to Zaisenhausen.
At the town entrance past the sports field, take half-left onto the gravel path and follow it along the town edge.
At the town end, cross the bridge on the bike path and go straight to Sulzfeld.
At the main road turn left then the next right, continue straight past the sports field and follow the farm path uphill through the vineyard. At the top continue straight then soon downhill.
At the double crossroads in the valley, straight, at „Raußmühle“ half-right and follow the bike trail signage into Eppingen and back to the starting point of the route.
