A perfect short trip for the family, leading you to the Kranenburger Bruch and the Sieben Quellen nature playground, with a stop for delicious ice cream.
Along the old railway line, on which the Grenzland Draisine now runs, the route takes you through the picturesque Kranenburger Bruch. The former floodplain forest is now partly covered with meadows and reeds and invites you to enjoy nature observation. The information boards along the nature trail, just a little off the bike path, offer useful information about flora and fauna. The nature playground at Sieben Quellen is an attractive forest adventure area including a picnic spot, nature experience and barefoot path.

Roadbook
The route starts from Bahnhofstraße 15, at the Grenzland Draisine. From there, you cycle along the Europaradbahn towards Kleve. Here you will find junction 37. Simply follow the junction system in this order: 86 – 37 – 75 – 37 – 86

You can reach Kranenburg by bus line SB58. Get off at the 'Bürgermeisteramt' stop. Walk along Waldstraße until you see the draisine; the Tourist Information Center is right there. You can find an up-to-date timetable at moovitapp.com or bahn.de.
Directions
Coming from the A 57, take the B 504 (Kranenburger Straße) towards Kranenburg until the roundabout. Leave it at the 2nd exit. Turn left at the next opportunity until the next roundabout. Leave it at the 1st exit onto Klever Straße and follow it until the next roundabout. Leave at the 2nd exit and then immediately turn left onto Waldstraße. Follow this street to the end and then turn right onto Elsendeich. Turn left at the next opportunity onto Bahnhofstraße. After about 100 m, you will reach your destination, the Tourist Info Alter Bahnhof.
Parking
Along Bahnhofstraße near the Tourist Info Center Alter Bahnhof, you will find some free parking spaces. There is no time limit here.
