We start at the graduation tower. First, it goes through the underpass of the railway and the B27 into Bahnhofstr. After crossing the historic sandstone bridge, you ride up Kirchstraße. At Hotel Werratal, turn left into Mühlgasse, then also on the Werratal and HerkulesWartburg cycle paths turn right down the Steinweg, cross the Werra over a pedestrian bridge, and thus reach Wahlhausen. Then you reach Lindewerra (Stockmacher Museum). Cross the Werratal bridge and then turn left along the Werra back towards Ellershausen. After the underpass of the B 27, the path leads under the railway in the direction of Sooden. Then you reach Königsberger Str., Ernst-Reuter-Platz, and the street "Am Gradierwerk" to the starting point WerratalTherme.

Arriving by train from Eschwege or Göttingen at the station in Bad Sooden-Allendorf, it is only 100 m to the graduation tower, where the BS 8 - Kleinvach bike tour starts. The starting point is accordingly only 5 minutes from the station.
Directions
Through the federal highways B27 and B80, the half-timbered town in the Werra valley is connected to the A7 (north-south) and A44 and A5 (east-west) motorways for travel traffic.
Visitors from northern direction leave the motorway at the Drammetal interchange via the exit for the A38 towards Leipzig, exit Friedland and follow the B27 in the direction of Bad Sooden-Allendorf/Eschwege.
Guests from southern direction use the motorway exit Bad Hersfeld on the A7 and follow the B27 towards Eschwege/Bad Sooden-Allendorf.
From eastern direction, leave the motorway at the Wommen exit on the A4 and then follow the B400/B27 towards Bad Sooden-Allendorf/Eschwege.
From western direction via the A44, you reach the A7 motorway towards Hanover via the Kassel motorway interchange and leave it via the Werratal exit.
