Bad Sooden-Allendorf
The small easy bike route BS8 - Kleinvach starts at the Gradierwerk in the district of Sooden. On the approximately 12km long route there are several highlights such as the Zauberbrücke.

At Kleinvach, cross the Werra bridge, pass the district of Weiden and reach the B 27 overpass. – Please be sure to use the bridge!
Roadbook
No major inclines.
Starting from the Gradierwerk, the ride goes through the underpass beneath the railway and the B 27 into Bahnhofstraße. At the end of the 3rd Werra bridge, turn right. The route then leads through the city moat, along the sports halls and the former sports boarding school towards the Fischerstübchen excursion restaurant (Werra Valley and Hercules Wartburg cycle route).
Continue straight through the Werra meadows, along the forest edge below Rothestein Castle to the Zauberbrücke (slightly ascending). Then continue into the district of Kleinvach. Coming from Hörnestraße, turn left onto Fährgasse and leave Kleinvach over the Werra bridge. Passing the district of Weiden, reach the B 27 overpass. – Please be sure to use the bridge! – The path runs parallel to the federal road towards Sooden. At the junction, turn left and immediately afterwards right, passing between the former inn Lückertshof and a farm. From here, you reach the Bruchteiche ponds. Following the path between the ponds, you reach the street “Am Bruch”. Here, you turn right and shortly afterward left into “Auf den Teichhöfen”, and the ride ends again in front of the Gradierwerk.

Arriving by train from Eschwege or Göttingen at the station in Bad Sooden-Allendorf, it is only 100 m to the Gradierwerk, where the BS 8 - Kleinvach bike route starts. The starting point is accordingly only 5 minutes from the station.
Directions
Through the federal roads B27 and B80, the half-timbered town in the Werra Valley is connected to the highways A7 (north-south) and A44 and A5 (east-west) for travel traffic.
Visitors from the north leave the highway at the Drammetal interchange via the exit to the A38 towards Leipzig, exit Friedland, and follow the B27 towards Bad Sooden-Allendorf/Eschwege.
Guests from the south use the A7 highway exit Bad Hersfeld and follow the B27 towards Eschwege/Bad Sooden-Allendorf.
From the east, one leaves the A4 at the Wommen exit and then follows the B400/B27 towards Bad Sooden-Allendorf/Eschwege.
From the west via the A44, you reach the A7 highway towards Hanover via the Kassel interchange and leave it at the Werratal exit.
