Selected alternatives for you
This bike route connects the city of Bruchsal with its 5 districts Heidelsheim, Helmsheim, Obergrombach, Untergrombach and Büchenau. It leads with views of vineyards through the Kraichgau landscape, along asparagus fields, quarries and through the woodland area "Büchenauer Hardt", which stretches over the Rhine plain from Karlsruhe to Schwetzingen. Set out with your bike past historical cultural sites, through romantic village centers and the distinctive nature.

The tour starts and ends in the heart of Bruchsal. The baroque palace with the German Music Automatons Museum and the Municipal Museum is the cultural "highlight." Bruchsal is located on the Baden Asparagus Route – from late April until St. John's Day, June 24th, the "white gold", whose heart beats in the district of Büchenau, is freshly served on the table.

Tip: In Untergrombach you encounter the first German peasant leader Joß Fritz (16th century).
