Alajoki route Lapua - Kauhava

On this route, you can either take just the floodplain landscape loop or continue to Alahärmä and visit, for example, PowerPark.

Lapua offers many worthwhile places to visit. The Vanha Paukku cultural center is an impressive complex that has gathered museums, art, culture, and small shops in one area. For example, the factory shop of Lapuan Kankurit is located in its courtyard. The region's only tourist garden, Jokilaakso tourist garden, is found in Lapua.

The route partly runs on gravel roads. In spring and autumn, pay attention to large agricultural machines using the field roads. Also note that the road conditions are maintained with gravel. Unfortunately, the schedule for these maintenance works is unknown, so it may not be advisable to take this route with very narrow tires.

The length of the Alajoki route is about 37 km, and if you include Ala-Härmä, the route is 75 km.
