Spectacular fresh snow route among the steep and breathtaking cliffs of the canyon of "Val Mezdì", one of the most frequented in the Sella group massif.
Easily skiable thanks to its width, it always guarantees an excellent amount of snow due to its exposure to North - East.
The descent takes place on medium inclination slopes, but also includes more challenging sections such as the initial and the final ones, because of the large rocks scattered along the route.
Descent in a magnificent, typically Dolomite environment, among rock towers hundreds of meters high. It is recommended for everyone to use a guide and to ensure there are good conditions.
Possibility of variant by descending slightly lower: in this case good knowledge of the area is required.
When the sun begins to warm (from mid-March), ice can be found near the northern slopes in the final section.
Also easily accessible by snowboard.

From the Pordoi Pass, at the arrival of the "Sass Pordoi" cable car, ski or walk northeast across the large summit plateau to the base of the west face of "Piz Boè" and then climb for 15 minutes "ski on shoulder" along the summer path.
From here begins a long diagonal heading west that leads to the "Boè" Refuge (closed in winter), from where you take the descent into the "Val Mezdì".
After about 6 km of descent, you reach Colfosco/Corvara where the slopes are found again.
