Start knapp unterhalb des großen Bergahorns. Der erste Stand ist auf dem Band links neben dem kleinen Nadelbäumchen. Etwas umständlich von dort weiterzuklettern, da es nah hinter dem Baum vorbei nach rechts oben querend - hier liegt auch die Crux der Route.
