The "Rahmerl" was once a classic pre-alpine route that has completely gone out of style. Nowadays, you rarely see ski tourers around Roß- and Buchstein. This pleases the connoisseur, of course, as they can expect untracked slopes. The route basically leads around Roß- and Buchstein and culminates at Sonnberg, a rather insignificant hill that can often offer magnificent powder snow. The price for this pure pleasure is a relatively long ascent with steep sections and sometimes considerable avalanche risk between Roßstein and Hochplatte.

Simple and very popular ski route that requires some practice and perfect mastery of ascent and descent techniques; under normal conditions it is largely avalanche-safe. The steep ascent on the Brunnbichlab descent is unpleasant. Those who want can avoid this by taking the ski lift up.

Tolle Tour, sehr empfehlenswert!
