The beautiful bike route offers great views of the surrounding area and features two cultural highlights: the Bread Museum and the Wilhelm Busch Mill.

One of the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany is the 280 km long Eichsfeld hiking trail located in the heart of Germany, established after the border opening in 1989 and running through the entire Eichsfeld. The trail offers you breathtaking landscapes, culinary specialties of Eichsfeld, cultural treasures, German-German history, and much more!

The demanding competition route of the Brocken Challenge leads over asphalt paths, forest roads, and single trails from Göttingen to the highest peak in northern Germany. The route can only be managed in one day by very well-trained runners.
