Top route for any season! Bike ride on a brand new cycle path through the Pferdebachtal valley via Kalteneber to Fürstenhagen to the inn "firlefanz". Return via good forest trails to Lutter and from there on a paved cycle path to Heilbad Heiligenstadt.

From the Nature Park Center, you hike downstream on a gravel forest path and the bike path through the Lutter Valley to Uder. Accessible by wheelchair with a companion.

The "Eibenweg" leads you to one of Thuringia's oldest nature reserves, the "Lengenberg" near Fürstenhagen. Here, more than 4000 yews assert themselves against mighty beeches in one of Central Europe's largest populations.

The first stage of the Leine-Werra Nature Park Trail runs from Heilbad Heiligenstadt to Martinfeld. The starting point is the Market Square in Heiligenstadt. From here, the well-marked path winds for about 24.5 kilometers through the Upper Eichsfeld with its characteristic wooded shell limestone hills and well-kept half-timbered villages.

From the Nature Park Center, you first hike along the old railway line, follow the road, and then reach the Nature Recreation Park Neun Brunnen via several cycle paths.
