Cyclists should avoid visits to the forest about 1.5 hours before sunrise and after sunset, as wildlife is particularly active at these times.
Plastic bottles, tissues, cigarette butts & co belong nowhere in the forest! Please ensure you do not leave any litter in the forest.
Camping and making fires are strictly prohibited in the forest!
