Alattunk a Visegrádi-hegység erdőrengetege, jobb felé a Prédikálószék gerince, mögötte feltűnik a Naszály. A Vadálló-kövek sziklasorának hátterében kiszúrhatjuk a visegrádi várat, de tiszta időben a Mátra is ott kéklik a távolban.

Szemben velünk, egészen közel sötét, háromszög formájú kőfal emelkedik a zárt erdő fölé: a Rám-sziklát látjuk, melytől balra a Rám-szakadék szurdokának feketéllő íve hasít bele a fák rengetegébe. Feltűnik a Duna, ahogy bekanyarodik a barázdált oldalú Szent Mihály-hegy alá, a háttérben a Börzsöny tömege terpeszkedik. Felismerhetjük a Csóványost és a Magosfát, de a Holló-kő gerince is kirajzolódik bal felé. A legfontosabb csúcsok és települések azonosítását a korlátra rögzített, színes tábla segíti. Baloldalt a Visegrádi-hegység lankásabb vonulatai simulnak bele a Duna völgyébe, ahol a folyó útja során másodszor találkozik a Kárpátokkal.

A Börzsöny mögül a Selmeci-hegység Szitnya csúcsa is kikandikál tiszta időben, kelet felé pedig Szlovákia számos hegysége feldereng a horizonton.
