Szuhafőtől északkeletre találjuk az Újhegyi-kilátó „ikerpárját”. A torony két kémlelőszintjéről a településre és a Putnoki-dombság hullámaira vethetünk egy pillantást.
Az alig több mint száz főt számláló zsákfalu határában két kilátót is találunk. A Centu-tetőn álló tornyot (az Újhegyi-kilátóval együtt) 2015-ben építették. A két panorámaszinttel is rendelkező faépítmény 18 méter magas.
A 360 fokos panoráma része a közeli Szuha és völgye, a település színes házai, távolabb a Bükk vonulatai – sőt tiszta időben a Magas-Tátra sziklás csúcsai is kirajzolódnak. Könnyen észrevehetjük a házak mögötti dombon az előbb említett Újhegyi-kilátót is, amit szintén érdemes egy rövid sétával felfedezni. Ott nem csak a panoráma szebb, de asztalok és padok is várják a kirándulókat.
Szuhafőn érdemes felkeresni a bájos templomocskát, valamint a Kocsis Vendégházat, ahol finom sajtokat készítenek.

- A Berentéről, Felsőnyárádról vagy Kazincbarcikáról induló távolsági buszról a Szuhafő, Kossuth utca 2. megállóban érdemes leszállni.

Directions
- A buszmegállóból északi irányba indulunk a Kossuth Lajos úton, majd az elágazásnál jobbra térünk a mellékutcába. Ennek folytatásában, jelzetlen földúton jutunk a kiátóhoz (összesen 900 m).
Parking
- Szuhafőn a Kossuth Lajos úton lehet megállni a KRESZ szabályainak megfelelően.
