Our brasserie: a space where you will feel at home right away. It has a warm, cozy atmosphere. Here or on the adjacent summer terrace, your day begins with a hearty breakfast. And here it ends with a hearty meal. It pairs well with Mosel wines, which are typical for the region. Delicious drops that match a variety of dishes and are also enjoyable on their own. Fresh mountain air whets the appetite. Therefore, we focus on the classic delights of international cuisine in our restaurant: Italian antipasti and pasta, varied salads, juicy rump steaks, crispy chicken skewers from the grill, and of course fine dishes from vegetarian and vegan cuisine. All freshly prepared for you. Using ingredients that we source almost exclusively from local suppliers. From farmers (and Mosel winemakers) in the region. This is how good the Hunsrück tastes. 
And anyone looking for a peaceful night’s rest will find exactly what they are looking for with us. In your rooms, you will find wonderfully comfortable Auping box spring beds—by the way, 2.10 meters long—at a price where you can sleep soundly.
