Impressive red sandstone formations near Rodalben-Neuhof.

The Karl May rocks are a breathtaking 100 meter long rock formation of red sandstone. The rocks blend into the landscape in such a wild and romantic way that they could also serve as a backdrop for a Karl May film. They are located southwest of the Neuhof district of the town of Rodalben, about halfway up the mountain slope and can be reached via the well-known Rodalber Felsenwanderweg and the Winnetour of the Gräfenstein region.
