Karl Rösch

Maler und Dichter, geb. am 06. August 1912 in Wintersweiler. Seit seiner Eheschliessung mit Liesel Koger 1950 bis zu seinem Tod am 15. Februar 2001 wohnhaft im Hause gegenüber Dorfstrasse 103 in Ötlingen.

Seine Landschafts- und Stimmungsbilder in Öl und Aquarell sind sehr beliebt und bekannt, weit über die Grenzen von Ötlingen hinaus.

Sein Gedicht "Heimet im Schwarzwald un Heimet am Rhii" wurde sogar vertont.

Zum ehrenden Gedenken wurde dieser Laufbrunnen nach ihm benannt.
