Der Trusetaler Wasserfall ist Wahrzeichen von Trusetal. Er wurde 1865 durch die Umleitung von Bergwerkswasser künstlich angelegt.
Das Trusewasser wird über einen ca. 3 km langen Graben bis zum Felsen geführt, wo es dann 58 m in die Tiefe stürzt. Diese Höhe kann direkt neben dem Wasserfall auf 228 Stufen überwunden werden. Das Wasser wird von Ostern bis Ende Oktober zum Felsen geleitet.
