Der Wasserfall ist einer der höchsten frei fallenden, natürlichen Wasserfälle in Baden -Württemberg und ist besonders romantisch.

Über 32 Meter fällt das Wasser direkt über den Burgbachfelsen. Das Bächelein schlängelt sich durchs Burgbachtal und mündet in die Wolf. Der Premiumwanderwege "Klösterle-Schleife" führt an den Burgbachwassserfall. Verschiedene Wanderwege führen zum Wasserfall. Neben dem Wasserfall ist der Burgbachelsen, auf dem eine Aussichtspavillon steht. Von hieaus hat man einen herrlichen Panoramablick.
