A striking obelisk stands at the highest point of the Costa Vicentina, the wild coast in the west of the Algarve.
The white obelisk at 156 m above sea level can be seen from afar. If you are walking along the Rota Vicentina (fishermen's path), you should definitely take a detour to the tower and a little further to the cliff, because the view over the cliffs is magnificent.
Directions
The road from Vila do Bispo to the Torre de Aspa is not paved and can only be done with an all-terrain vehicle.
