Dieser idyllisch gelegene Teich liegt direkt am Alpe-Adria-Trail und ist am besten über den Schluchtweg zu erreichen.

Ganz in der Nähe liegt die Tauernkirche und das Gut Ossiacher Tauern. Dort findet jedes Jahr an einem Sonntag Mitte August das Kärntner Rindfleischfest statt. Vielen Besuchern werden Köstlichkeiten rund um das Rindfleisch sowie ein unterhaltsames Rahmenprogramm geboten.
