Der Stümmelfelsen liegt am Renchtalsteig in der Nähe der Burgruine Schauenburg und dem Schwalbenstein.

Der Stümmelfelsen liegt nicht weit vom Schwalbenstein entfernt und bietet eine tolle Sitz- und Rastmöglichkeit mit schönem Ausblick auf Lautenbach.

Die Holzsitzgruppe wurde im April 2016 von den Forst-Auszubildenden des Ausbildungsreviers Allerheiligen zusammen mit dem Forstwirtschaftsmeister Matthias Fischer und Revierleiter Michael Sauter aufgestellt.
