Der Siegwasserfall in Schladern ist ein spektakuläres Naturhighlight in der Naturregion Sieg. Mit der eindrucksvollen Kulisse aus rauschendem Wasser und umgebender Natur zieht er Wanderer und Fotografen gleichermaßen an. Praktisch erreichbar, verspricht der Wasserfall einen unvergesslichen Ausflug ins Grüne. Ein ideales Ziel für Naturliebhaber!

Even though the Sieg Waterfall near Schladern does not come close to resembling Niagara Falls, it is unusual for our region and, with a width of 84 m, is the largest waterfall in North Rhine-Westphalia and one of the most beautiful natural spectacles in Windeck.

Directly at the Sieg Waterfall is the Visitor Centre of the Sieg Nature Region and the kabelmetal Civic and Cultural Centre in the former shipping hall of the company. Elmore's. In summer, Elmore's beer garden attracts visitors with a unique view of the Sieg waterfall. The Siegwasserfall is located on the Mäanderweg and only a few minutes' walk from Schladern station.
