The Röthekopf (502 m) is a magnificent vantage point over the High Rhine Valley and the Swiss Jura. An ideal hiking destination, which you can enjoy particularly well with a snack you have brought with you. In 1934, to mark the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Säckingen branch of the Black Forest Association, the first refuge was built on the Röthekopf.
