Die Punta Manara ist das Ende einer Landzunge am Golf von Tigullio zwischen den ligurischen Städten Sestri Levante und Riva Trigoso.

Die Natur der bei Touristen beliebten Landzunge beherbergt zahlreiche Tier- und Pflanzenarten und wird seit 1977 geschützt. Am Aussichtspunkt auf der Punta Manara finden wir die Ruine eines alten Wachtturms, der dem Schutz gegen die Sarazenen diente und daher „Torre saracena“ genannt wird. Von hier genießen wir einen tollen Ausblick über die Küste, zum höchsten Punkt der Landzunge, dem Monte Castello, und auf den Ort Riva Trigoso.
