The Kaiser Wilhelm Heights was built in 1888 by the Drachenfels Club to celebrate the 90th birthday of Emperor Wilhelm I. on a rocky area.
In the tower-like structure, a protective cave is embedded on the south side. To complete the monument, a relief of the emperor was installed in 1898. This relief disappeared one day. In 2003, a new relief was created by an artist from Dürkheim and reinstalled. At the beginning of 2004, several trees were cut down on the west side, and now there is again a magnificent view of the Limburg from the tower height.
The Drachenfels-Club restored the masonry of the tower in 1976. Some groups of benches were set up.
From the Kaiser-Wilhelms-Höhe, a level plateau path leads to the observation platform of the Kriemhildenstuhl.
