Hegne ist ein Teilort von Allensbach, Richtung Konstanz gelegen.

Hegne liegt 417 m über dem Meer und beherbergt ca. 1000 Einwohner, zwischen Allensbach und Konstanz am Waldrand des Bodanrücks gelegen. Dort gibt es schöne Rad- und Wanderwege, das Kloster Hegne mit dem Grab der seligen Schwester Ulrika und Hotel, das Strandbad und der Campingplatz liegen direkt am See. Hegen hat einen eigenen Bahnhaltepunkt.
