Die Waldbühne in Bischofswerda richtet seit 1993 jährlich die kleinsten Karl-May-Spiele Deutschlands aus.

Die Waldbühne befindet sich im Stadtwald von Bischofswerda. Jeden Sommer laden hier die kleinsten Karl-May-Spiele Deutschlands mit den jüngsten Darstellern zum Besuch ein. Jeweils in den zwei Wochen vor den Sommerferien finden bis zu 20 Vorstellungen statt, welche tausende Besucher auf die Freilichtbühne im Stadtwald locken.

Directions

Bischofswerda, das Tor zur Oberlausitz, liegt an der B6 zwischen Dresden und Bautzen. Von der Autobahn 4 erreicht man Bischofswerda am günstigsten über die Abfahrt Burkau.

Parking

Mehrere Parkplätze befinden sich im Stadtgebiet von Bischofswerda und werden von dem kostenlosen Bus-Shuttle angefahren. Außerdem befindet isch am Schmöllner Weg rechts der Straße und über die Bahnschienen ein Parkplatz, von dem aus man nach einem etwa 200 Meter langen Fußweg zur Waldbühne gelangt.
