Az egész évben nyitva tartó irodában hasznos információkat kaphatnak az ide látogatók, amik segíthetnek az utazás minél kellemesebb eltöltésében.

Szezonon kívül:
- hétfőtől-péntekig 8:00-16:00
Főszezonban:
- hétfőtől-péntekig 9:00-17:00
- hétvégén és ünnepnapokon 9:00-13:00
Price:
- Januárban munkanapokon (hétfőtől péntekig) 8-10 óra között
- Februárban munkanapokon 8-16 óra között.

Public transport
- Autóbusszal a Veszprém - Kapolcs - Tapolca - Keszthely - Hévíz - Zalaegerszeg vonalon (vagy ritkábban Budapest, vagy Győr felől). Gyenesdiáson a Községháza megállóban kell leszállni!

- Az iroda Gyenesdiáson a 71. számú (Kossuth Lajos u) mellett van.
- Az épület melletti parkolóban tudunk megállni.
