The Wiesen Festivals in Burgenland have been among the most renowned and diverse music and cultural events in Austria since 1976. The festival grounds in Wiesen, nestled in a forest-rich valley, offers a unique tent structure that accommodates up to 8,000 visitors and combines open-air flair with weather protection. The area covers about 1.2 hectares and is known for its cozy atmosphere and modern infrastructure.
The festival grounds have recently undergone extensive renovations and modernization to meet the high demands of visitors. Additionally, under the motto "Green Wiesen," the aim is to establish the grounds as a conscious event location.
Culinary diversity is also ensured: from Burgenland delicacies to international specialties, as well as vegetarian and vegan options – the gastronomic offerings leave nothing to be desired.
The Wiesen Festivals thus provide a unique experience for music lovers, culture enthusiasts, and nature lovers alike.
