Das 4241 m hohe Stecknadelhorn ist ein Gipfel im Nadelgrat. Er liegt in den Walliser Alpen und gehört zur Mischabelgruppe. Diese ist das zweithöchste Gebirgsmassiv der Schweiz nach der Monte-Rosa-Gruppe.
Der als eigenständig zählende Viertausender wird bei der Begehung des Nadelgrates überschritten. Die erste Besteigung des Stecknadelhorns fand im Jahre1887 statt: Oscar Eckenstein stand mit seinem Führer Matthias Zurbriggen am 8. Oktober 1887 auf dem Gipfel.
