Monti Lessini
A little-known paradise, perfect for days in close contact with nature. Don't miss a visit to the stone huts and the dense network of trails, ideal in both summer and winter
Are there mountainous places still unknown to mass tourism? If you have any doubts, you still don't know the Lessinia Plateau: a paradise for summer and winter excursions, which gives you the feeling of being immersed in an ancient landscape, suspended between earth and sky. Climbing up, after the steep hairpin bends that lead from the bottom of the valley to Sega di Ala, you will discover the most beautiful views of the Vallagarina and the Carega-Piccole Dolomiti mountain group. The huts with stone roofs typical of this area on the border between Trentino and Veneto, are still used today for alpine pastures. The wide network of trails and dirt roads with gentle differences in altitude make a summer mountain bike trip ideal for discovering this little-known pearl. In winter, the 16 kilometres of the Lessinia ring is perfect if you are looking for routes to be done with snowshoes.
