Der Monte Bar ist ein 1.816m hoher Berg im Tessin.
Als Teil der Luganer Voralpen liegt der Monte Bar zwischen dem Val Colla und dem Val d'Isone. Zahlreiche Wanderwege führen im Sommer auf den Gipfel, im Winter kann dieser mit Schneeschuhen oder Tourenski erreicht werden.
