Der Monte Altissimo di Nago ist der höchste Gipfel im nördlichen Monte-Baldo-Bergrücken.
Mit seinen 2078 m ist der Monte Altissimo di Nago nicht der höchste Berg des Monte-Baldo-Massivs, aber der höchste Punkt im nördlichen Teil. Die Wiesenkuppe des Gipfels befindet sich ca. 2 km oberhalb des Gardasee-Spiegels. Der Berg ragte in der Eiszeit aus dem Eis heraus, deshalb hat sich eine einzigartige Flora an seinen Hängen gebildet. Auf dem Monte Altissimo erinnern Schützengräben an den Ersten Weltkrieg, eine Kapelle und eine Gedenkstätte für dessen Opfer sind hier errichtet. Da der Berg relativ leicht zu besteigen ist und sich am Gipfel auch noch ein Rifugio befindet, ist der Monte Altissimo ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel. Der atemberaubende Blick auf den Gardasee und die Berge am gegenüberliegenden Ufer trägt zu seiner Popularität bei.
